FairMatch Privacy Policy
1. Overview
FairMatch helps users create tennis doubles match schedules and save or share the schedule as an image. FairMatch does not provide account registration, login, or server synchronization. Participant names and schedule conditions entered by users are not sent to FairMatch-operated servers.
2. Personal Information We Collect
FairMatch does not directly collect personal information that identifies users.
- We do not collect account information, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, or dates of birth.
- Participant names, court names, schedule titles, and other information entered in the app are processed locally on the user’s device for schedule generation.
- The app does not upload schedules or participant information to its own server.
3. Information Stored on the Device
Basic app preferences, such as dark mode settings, may be stored on the user’s device. This information is local settings data used to improve app usability and is not separately accessed or collected by FairMatch.
4. Photo Library Access and Image Saving
When a user chooses to save a generated schedule as an image, FairMatch may request access to the photo library in order to save that image to the device.
- Photo library access is used only to save generated schedule images.
- The app does not collect, analyze, or upload the user’s existing photos or videos.
- Users can change photo library permissions at any time in the operating system settings.
5. Sharing
When a user chooses the share feature, the generated schedule image may be sent through the operating system share sheet to apps selected by the user, such as messaging, email, or social apps. This process is governed by the policies of the selected third-party app. FairMatch does not control how those external apps process shared information.
6. Third-Party Disclosure and Processing
FairMatch does not sell, disclose, or outsource users’ personal information to third parties. If a user shares a schedule through the operating system share sheet, the privacy policy of the selected external app applies.
7. Children’s Privacy
FairMatch does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child’s name is entered as a participant name, that information is processed locally on the user’s device only.
8. Retention and Deletion
FairMatch does not store personal information on an operated server. App settings or temporary files stored on the device may be deleted by uninstalling the app, clearing device storage, or changing device settings.
9. Security
FairMatch is designed not to transmit personal information to its own server. If a user shares an image with an external app, the security of that external app and network environment is outside FairMatch’s control.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to app feature changes, legal requirements, or policy changes. When updated, the effective date on this page will be revised.
